Good morning. Just like every Saturday we get together to practice meditation. If you are a new viewer I ask you to just sit down in the position you feel comfortable and just follow us to have a good experience.
Just let go of everything. Ready to practice.
Together we pray for all sentient beings to be free of all kinds of suffering and receive a very good compassion and wisdom energy from all the Buddhas from ten directions. May all our loved ones receive wonderful energy to purify their mind and transform their negative to be positive, happy, and healthy.
Let’s put the right hand on top of the left hand. Right hand we call the wisdom hand. Left hand we call the compassion hand.
Our meditation we call the wisdom and compassion mindfulness meditation which is helping us to connect with all the Buddhas and have a special integration to receive the energy to activate our spirit for us to know ourselves much better every day. Also, by doing so all will receive a very good energy which transforms into our body to create a very special vibration which improves your health and flow with the energy around to open up. So be mindful and do what you see and what you hear. Just practice. Everything will be automatically working the way it benefits you.
The first mantra we practice we call the compassion mantra: Mu A Mu Sa. When we chant this mantra, it is helping us. It is just like a passport giving us access to the website of the Buddha in order for us to receive and to know. The second mantra: Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng. We call the wisdom. It is shows us that all is impermanent, and there is no I for us to attach to, to cling on.
Let’s practice.
Breathe in, expanding the belly, hold it there for three seconds, concentrate on the heaven gate point, breathe out, sunken the belly, chanting the mantra:
Mu A Mu Sa – Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng (7x)
You just keep silent and keep practicing the mindfulness meditation. Just be with your compassion and your wisdom. In life compassion and wisdom are the key for us to turn the page to read a new chapter about our life. What we are talking about is read a new chapter. Most we invest our time into our body physically for living of course, that is ok. Mentally, we incorporate with the physical body to make life. But those two chapters of the body and mind have been written over and over and over. We don’t read the new chapter, about our spirit, our soul, our spiritual life. Yes, we do, but most of us believe someone will come and bless you or do the job for you. Today we are encouraging you to turn a new page and read it by yourself. That is what the Buddha says. Our mindfulness meditation builds up a special integration with the Buddha. Not just by ourselves. We live in the practice with the enlightened one’s community. That we can be with the Buddha and all Bodhisattva to work through our life and to live in a better way. The compassion energy from the Buddha and the wisdom that is lighting up within us by the Buddha nature is very helpful for us to be. Life, we are going to face a lot of challenges. If we are confident by being with the compassion and wisdom it will help us to enjoy our life much more.
So, when we practice with the compassion mantra Mu A Mu Sa, we connect with the Buddha and receive his blessing. Every one of us will fill with the energy flowing within. The compassion energy from all Buddhas, from all the enlightened ones will connect with you just like you connect with the internet in order to download or receive the information or do a job we call research. We are seeking for the truth of our spiritual living. Connecting with the Buddha will help us to do good research to turn the page and read a new chapter, clearer. In Mindfulness meditation we are sitting breathing in and out and chanting the compassion and wisdom mantras. While we are doing so, we are reading our body, our mind and our spirit as how they are. We make no judgement. We don’t touch it. We don’t drive it. We are just there to experience how the nature of the body, mind and spirit work together in a peaceful way under the blessing of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.
We all live with great emotions driving us, sometimes happy, sometimes suffering. We depend on that, sometimes they give us good energy, sometimes it turns us away and trick the energy which makes us sad. Being with the mantras allows us to always be connected with all the Buddhas for us to take charge and also to be with the nature how the spirit is working with the body and the mind for us to transform all kinds of feelings that arise within us when we interact with the community. So slowly, we don’t depend on the feeling, but we can promote a good feeling for us to live happily and for others to enjoy life. We shouldn’t just bury our head into the negative energy, it is not healthy. The sadness creates a lot of sickness and takes away your positive energy and also destroys your life. Let’s turn the page and read the new chapter. Let’s take time to read your mind, body and spirit working together in a very natural way by connecting with Buddhas and Bodhisattvas by receiving the compassion energy and by activating the wisdom within us, the Buddha nature has all those kinds of energy. Just need the extra help from the Master, the Sangha the community and especially from all the enlightened ones community. We no longer live alone and separate from the Buddha. We get together.
It is very easy. Because all the Buddhas are willing to be with us. Accept that we are willing to be with all the Buddhas or not. Don’t turn the chapter you have already read for years and years and years. Those kinds of chapter, meaning the sadness chapter in life. Could be caused by confusion physically, mentally, or spiritually. Or it could be it creates dark thoughts and attracts you back to the past, you keep reading it and reading it. It makes us tired. Life is beautiful. We should enjoy our life by engaging with all the greater enlightened ones and be away from whatever makes us feel bad and sad. Don’t think something is so special Just think in a very basic way. Yes, we do make a good choice in life. So today we make a good choice again by turning the page and reading a new chapter.
So, when you are breathing in and out make sure that you are relaxed and you are watching your breathing in and out chanting the mantra. There will be vibrations created by the energy. Compassion and wisdom energy from all Buddhas who have come to connect with you. When you feel your physical body vibrate you will recognize it is happening now and whenever you practice.
Even though we just practice once a week, the energy you receive is very great. It is good enough to keep the vibration working for the entire week. If you are more serious and caring about your life and practice to read more in the chapter to understand the living spirit within us. Practice every day, it could be 5 minutes or longer. Whatever you can arrange. Practice is most important, rather than just reading or talking or discussing. All those are good, but after that we have to take on to practice. Without practicing doesn’t benefit. That’s why you see me and Eileen, and all the Sangha practice every day. On Saturday we just have 30 minutes on Saturday. In Vietnamese we do it every day. We enjoy it because we feel good, we feel so close. We feel in touch and connected with the Buddha and we really receive a good energy to improve our health and clear up our mind and helping us to understand about our spirit. That is why we practice. I ask you to practice with me. If suddenly you see this video just practice, you will experience something very special. Don’t wait too long. Because time has gone by never comes back. Time comes and goes. Take charge of your life. It is not an opportunity to do something, but it is our responsibility to live positively and happily. Let’s turn the page and read a new chapter. It just means practice mindfulness meditation with us. Enjoy it for yourself. You will recognize it.. WOW. You haven’t been that much to know yourself. Now you will know yourself much better. Know the good and the evil Both are within. We have the power to transform. To connect with all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. The transformation will be lighter, easier and very joyful. We have about two more week until thanksgiving. We practice for a long time already, but I ask you to practice with me within these two weeks to generate a very warm, peaceful, mindful energy in merit that we could together offer to all our loved ones. Our parents, our family, our community. That means don’t just wait until thanksgiving when you are having dinner together. The thanksgiving dinner we can prepare for a couple hours, but we are going to offer a much better dinner, the spiritual dinner. Compassion and wisdom energy to say thanks to all who have been supportive in helping us in life.

Put your right hand, the wisdom hand, and the left hand, compassion. Wisdom and compassion. Just relax again. This time we are thinking about our parents. We are thinking about our husband, wife, children, friends, sisters, brothers, community, society, the Sangha, the master, and friends all together. We also think about the enlightened ones, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. May all be connected with the compassion and wisdom. May all receive the greatest energy to transform our life, to turn the page and read a new chapter. May all be peaceful, mindful, healthy, and happy.

That is all we practice every Saturday. Very simple. Just mindfulness breathing techniques and chanting two mantras. The sound of the mantra we are chanting will vibrate and benefit a lot for everyone of us. We do so many things to gain the energy, but with this meditation in a very short time we all connect and experience there is a special energy. With this energy comes from the source of all the enlightened ones. We call the compassion and wisdom is very important. You will see the benefits physically, mentally, and spiritually every second of your life if you take on the practice.
