Good morning everybody This is YouTube That Bao Huyen Mon. I hope that everyone is always happy. The purpose of the YouTube live steam is to reach out to those who have the right time to be with this special meditation method for us to go back inward to be re-activate our soul, our spirit, our compassion and our wisdom.
Therefore, we return back to be with ourself. To Engage, be in touch with the mother nature in ourselves. In our meditation techniques we practice with the energy from Buddha which connects with your physical body to raise up to the higher lever to purify your thought, your mind for you to be yourself, be happy and also have an extra force from the Buddha to help center our life in all kinds of matters and challenges that come to us in this life.
Our technique is focused on the breathing in and out and concentrating your mind and the pressure point to allow the energy to flow around and let your physical body be strong, and purify your mind to be bright. We practice for our health, physically mentally and spiritually.
I will keep doing this every Saturday 10:30 Eastern Time. It is no matter what, we all get together and practice, we reach out for each other and I send out invitations to all of you and you can join if you have the time to practice.
Now we practice. Make sure you breathe in by your nose and move down to your lower belly and concentrate for 3 seconds at the heaven gate. That is at the tail bone and the soft tissue in the front. That pressure point is the key for the energy to become purer. The energy then goes up your back bone to go to the top of your head. When you breath out you sunken your belly and chant the mantra.
On this youtube chanel I am only practicing, limited talking. Just giving out the explanation and guiding us through so we can together practice. Practice together with the master is really important, talking is important, but now you can do a lot of research on the internet. Practice together with me and we all benefit. Because deep from inside is the energy which connects us together when we practice together. I am fully volunteering my life to be here every Saturday to practice together with you.

Keep maintaining the sitting position and keep receiving the energy from the Buddha directly to your physical body and just try to guiding you with the goal today we concentrate on. “The Way within” no matter what you practice, no matter what you are reading, no matter what kind of information you read from all of the Sutras, all that information needs to be transformed into the practice. The Buddha says within our soul, within our spirit within our pure mind. There is no way you can look from the outside. This is inside you. Within you. But we need to guide, to return back to yourself and from that within we activate our thought, our wisdom, our compassion energy for us to be strong, to be passionate, to see through our wisdom we recognize the way. What is the way? The way is the way you connect deeply with the compassion and wisdom energy from yourself, from your own and also connect with the compassion and wisdom energy from the all the Buddhas. All Buddha’s are awakened. Connected with those are the buddha energy, the compassion and wisdom energy. It will help us to awaken our spirits for our wisdom to be activated. That we can see through the way to purify our lives and return back to the mother earth to be happy, to be healthier, our method is practice with the energy. you can receive energy from external form like from food from nutrition. Many people also take in energy from Red Bull whatsoever that scientist have created, to promote what so called energy drink. But all those energies are received externally from material, from form no matter from which is always just for a moment, and then after that it causes damage for a long time. Many people overuse Red Bull to awaken them, and they get a good cause, great cause damage their thought. There is a special energy from Buddha we call compassion energy. Mu A Mu Sa means compassion energy from Buddha. If we be able to tap into the source of that very special compassion energy from the Buddha, it will purify our bodies to be stronger, to be healthier, purer, and the it helps you to cure all kinds of sickness which is caused by your Karma. And it also liberates to help you to be free from the thoughts of your mind this is really important and this is very good because the source of energy comes from the Buddha. It comes from the awakened. This is good for us to connect with the Buddha. So, Mu A Mu Sa concentrate on with your breathing techniques really really awakens your energy and connects you with the Buddha energy. For those who practice together with me, we together we practice. All of us will connect with that energy, will be filled with that energy, we really, really recognize there is the energy which transforms into our bodies, and for us we just be there and observe it and allow it to be with us to be within, to be one with that. And the compassion energy from the Buddha naturally activates our physical body open all your pressure points all your chakra. Then the energy will flow, will flow. That energy is going to light up your wisdom for you to see the truthful way within yourself. There is no need to seek from outside. There is no need to look from the outside. And there is no need to beg from someone to provide to give. Remember so many techniques slowly create to make you become the slave for some master and you come to the master as some kind expectation for the master to provide, to give something for you. But here the techniques we come together with loving kindness, with compassion, with our wisdom together. We connect together with the mother nature, the nature within and the Mu A Mu Sa which just means with the compassion Buddhas from all ten directions connected with us to awaken our soul, our spirit, for us to see the true way within. That help us to be independent, not depend on the master, we don’t depend on someone so called enlightened already for you to come to receive sometimes begging your entire life for that. We know the Buddha teaches us to become independent, stand on our own feet. Stand strong. After we fall, to keep practicing, we transform our life.
So Mu a MU Sa, this method or techniques really helps all of us to be independent receiving equal access to the compassion energy from the buddha to our physical body, our mind and our spirit.
Lets practice with me seven more times. And keep maintaining your wisdom and your compassion together.

You Just keep maintaining your sitting position and keep doing your breathing techniques and also receiving the energy from the Buddha. I just want to tell you and remind you that we are working with the energy, the compassion and wisdom energy from all Buddhas from ten directions. When we receive that energy it vibrates our physical body it liberates our soul, it opens our wisdom, for us to see the truth and the way within us in life we lost that way so therefore we suffer Therefore we create a lot of suffering for ourself and others. In order to turn back to the way within, We need to connect to the compasson and wisdom and energy of all the Buddhas. That pure and special energy will help us and motivate ourself to stand up strong and to return to ourselves and also to activate our compassion and our wisdom The way within yourself. And remember to practice together we all achieve the goal. The reason I am here for all of you is to stand together with you, to be with you, to practice with you, not just on Saturday, the entire week when you practice all week I will be there with you. That is the special energy. When you practice together with me you are connected with the compassion energy of the buddha and the way is there for you because the wisdom is lighting up for you to see through. Therefore every day you take about 15 minutes to practice, you still be together with me to receive a good energy our entire life. For those people who have never experience the energy, today you will and when you experience the energy engaging into your physical body you feel the vibration. Your soul vibrates, your physical body vibrates, your spirit vibrates, your mind vibrates, and the energy flows within. It is health energy. Just let it be there for you and you just need to be one with that and it will benefit. It is very special, it really benefits your health and also cleans up your thought for you to be happier with your family with yourself. No matter what happens you always be strong, you always be happy because you have the way within yourself.
